HI I have been an appraiser for the past 7 years, it has been a great and insightfull time. I came into this business because I enjoyed being able to get out, see what is new in the housing industry and not work at a desk for 8 hours a day. I have always had a hard time working in an office building due to so many eviromental alergies, that this was the best of both worlds. Now, I spend more time at the desk then ever did at a 9-5 job, the reward is minimal. I miss taking my dogs on walks in the afternoon, and sitting on my back deck watching the birds, deer and other wild life.
